As a trainer, consultant, and business systems developer, Dr. Schwabe has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies on projects such as developing the Internet strategy for the online customer loyalty program of an international airline and a variety of projects assimilating Electronic Relationship Management (ERM) technology solutions into organizations.
