MBA 552: Managing Knowledge Workers

Overview

Knowledge workers are different from other workers. They present unique challenges relating to motivation, retention, and training. In the field of information management, workers are often the company's primary assets. This course will focus on building a learning organization, teaching smart people how to learn, and making the most of a company's intellectual capital.
